As we enter into the Holiday season, Riverview Animal Clinic would like to share one profound message: Thank you.
During the busy time of the Holidays, it is easy to be stressed and distracted with the pressures around us. I would like to take a moment as we begin our journey to the end of 2023 to pause and be grateful for the amazing clients, patients, and friends that have supported Riverview over the many years. You have many choices for your pet’s healthcare and I am thankful that we can still provide you with the highest level of care possible. We are deeply grateful to have the opportunity to provide care, support, and a helping hand when needed.
Your faith in our veterinary team and the services that we offer motivate us every day. It is your wonderful pets and the way that they impact your life that keeps us passionate about what we do. Every interaction we have with you is a reminder of the faith and trust you have placed in us and we wholeheartedly appreciate it. The veterinary space is one of the rare medical fields that often see their patients from pediatrics to the senior years. I am honored to be on that journey with each patient as they continue to develop and grow. Everyone from our veterinarians, clinic leaders, and support staff are thankful to walk along with you and your family.
I know the past few years have resulted in many changes. From the staffing changes to the technology changes, we appreciate those who have stuck with us, provided feedback, and been patient as we work to continually improve. We are constantly trying to review our procedure and processes to improve your experience in the clinic from hospitality to ease of getting appointments. This is truly an exciting time in Riverview Animal Clinic and in veterinary medicine. We are grateful that our clients embrace continuous improvement.
In 2024, Riverview will start its Forty Year Anniversary. That is a true milestone for any business. As we reflect on that achievement, we recognize that it would not be possible without you, our clients. You are the “WHY” to our mission and without you, our work would not be possible. Thank you so very much for all of your support of our clinic and the work we do. Thank you for being part of our veterinary clinic- you are a valued member of our team.
I wish you all the best during this Holiday Season starting with Thanksgiving and ending with a celebration of a New Year. I pray for the safety of your family and pets during this season of Celebration. For those that struggle during this time of year, I pray that your pets offer you comfort and peace during this season. I hope that we enter into the new year keeping your furry, feathered, or scaly friends live their healthiest life!
With heartfelt gratitude and love,
